Preparation

- Pour the contents of the bottle of tomato puree into a bowl
- Take 100 g of yellow peppers only
- Pour them into the bowl containing the tomato puree and blend everything with a blender
- Pour the contents obtained into small glasses or bowls
- Take 100 g of sliced ​​chilli peppers and chop them with a mezzaluna
- Take 100 g of green peppers and chop them finely.
- Wash 4 basil leaves thoroughly
- Garnish the glasses with the previously chopped red and yellow peppers
- Add a small basil leaf to the finish
