Right of Return

For free withdrawal
Except in cases where exclusions are indicated in the product description, you have the right to withdraw without specifying the reason, but this information may be useful to us in improving the selection of products we offer.
You can return the product, intact and sealed (preferably using the same packaging) within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, for a refund of the price paid, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, without any refund fees. For lack of conformity
All products are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity for any defects that may occur within 24 months of the product's delivery date, for example alterations or non-conformity in quantity, type compared to the order, etc.
If you find a defect, we apologize first and foremost, and you have the right to replace the product with another of your choice (similar or of the same value) at no additional cost.
Alternatively, you can request a 12-month voucher or request a refund directly.
Please remember, however, that you must contact us within two months of discovering the defect (unless the product has a shorter expiration date, in which case the expiration date is the expiration date indicated on the label), attaching photographs of the defect found, otherwise we will not be able to process your request.
