Shipping and delivery of products

Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs are to be paid by the Customer for each Order and the amount is indicated on the "Check-out" page before the "Total" price is indicated. Different shipping costs may apply for bulky or heavy Products, also taking into account the quantity or type of Products purchased by the Customer.

The Seller will ship the Product/Products purchased from the Website www.ladispensadellacasalinga.it to the delivery address indicated by the Customer within 2 (two) working days for Italy and (2-6) from two to six working days for abroad from verification of actual payment, unless otherwise agreed between the Parties which must be made in writing.

Shipping and delivery times may also vary for reasons not directly attributable to the Seller. Therefore, the Customer accepts that the shipping and delivery times indicated in the "Order Summary" are purely indicative and that at the latest the Product/Products will be delivered, except in cases of force majeure, within 30 days of the conclusion of the sales contract, as required by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 and subsequent amendments and additions).

It is up to the Customer to check the conditions of the Product delivered, the number of Products received, and that the packaging is intact and not damaged even at the closures. The Seller invites the Customer to indicate in the carrier's transport document any anomalies found upon delivery, therefore accepting the delivery with reservation.

The Seller will not be responsible for failure or delayed delivery of the Products resulting from the incorrect or incompleteness of the data provided by the Customer, as well as in the event that the courier delivered late due to circumstances attributable to the Customer.

The Customer is solely responsible for the address provided for the shipment of the purchased Products and, therefore, is always required to verify the address and all the information necessary to allow delivery (e.g. indications on the intercom, any extensions, etc.) within the indicated times.

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that in the event that it is not possible to deliver the Products due to his (or the person appointed by the Customer) not being present at the time of delivery on the day and in the agreed time slot, he must, at his own expense, contact the useful numbers present on the delivery notice left by the courier and set a new delivery date.
