Among the many pasta shapes, this is the most traditional and loved by adults and children alike.
This pasta shape is made with simple durum wheat semolina and water. Its twisted shape and rough texture hold every drop of sauce.

Made exclusively with 100% Italian wheat, traced and certified by a circular supply chain.

The bronze drawing and slow drying process give the pasta greater roughness, porosity and versatility. Its grooves on the surface have the ability to retain every precious drop of sauce.

In the Italian tradition, fusilli go perfectly with a simple basil sauce, but, given its popularity, it is easily adapted to create many classic recipes, especially with the most varied ragùs and sauces.
