The bronze drawing and slow drying process give the pasta greater roughness, porosity and versatility. Its grooves on the surface have the ability to retain every precious drop of sauce.

This pasta shape, a symbol of Puglia's culinary tradition in a lighter version, pairs perfectly with our turnip tops sauce but is also suitable for any of our other sauces.
