Our delicious whole-wheat ricce pasta, handcrafted with durum wheat semolina and water, can be used in a variety of recipes: from traditional to more unusual and creative. The pasta's unique texture, rich in fiber, holds sauce well, providing pure pleasure.

Prepared exclusively with 100% Italian wheat, traced and certified by a circular supply chain.

The bronze drawing and slow drying process give the pasta greater roughness, porosity and versatility. Its grooves on the surface have the ability to retain every precious drop of sauce.

Perfect with full-bodied sauces.
