With its strong flavor and intense aroma, it gives life to one of the most characteristic dishes of the Apulian gastronomic tradition: orecchiette.

CONSIGLI D'UTILIZZO

Condimento pronto per la consumazione.
Mescolare prima dell'uso.
Possibile presenza di olio in superficie dovuta alla normale composizione del prodotto. Scaldare a piacimento. Eccellente da usare, oltre con le orecchiette, anche come salsa base per la carne.
