From the heart of the Mediterranean comes a ragù that speaks of the sea in all its intensity.
The cuttlefish, carefully processed to preserve its softness and flavor, blends with tomato, extra virgin olive oil, and select herbs, creating a condiment with a bold yet harmonious flavor.
This ragù embodies Sicilian tradition: slow cooking that enhances the ingredients, the scent of the sea mingling with the earth, and simplicity that becomes elegance.
Each spoonful transports you directly to the sunny shores of the island, among fishing nets and kitchens where time seems to stand still.
Ideal for: long pasta, risotto or polenta, for dishes with an authentic and surprising character.
