Our zucchini, grown and harvested in the warm Salento fields, is sun-dried. Then, as tradition dictates, dipped in the finest extra virgin olive oil, it melds together to create an irresistible harmony of flavors.
Excellent for garnishing a vegetarian sandwich or as a side dish for fish dishes, enhancing their flavour.
