Le olive verdi varietà “Don Carlo” schiacciate a mano rappresentano un’autentica eccellenza della tradizione mediterranea, lavorate secondo metodi artigianali che ne esaltano gusto e qualità.

Raccolte al giusto grado di maturazione, queste olive vengono schiacciate manualmente, un processo delicato che permette di preservarne la consistenza carnosa e favorire l’assorbimento dei sapori. Dopo di che, vengono conservate in pregiato olio extravergine di oliva, che ne valorizza il profilo aromatico e garantisce una lunga durata senza alterarne le caratteristiche.

Il risultato è un prodotto dal sapore intenso e armonioso, con note leggermente amarognole e una piacevole fragranza tipica dell’oliva fresca, arricchita dalla rotondità dell’olio extravergine.

Perfette come antipasto, per arricchire aperitivi, insalate o piatti della cucina mediterranea e ideali per chi cerca un prodotto genuino, lavorato con cura e dal gusto autentico.
