I peperoni essiccati, sprigionano un gusto ricco e leggermente affumicato, perfettamente bilanciato dalla nota aromatica e persistente della ricotta. Il risultato è un sugo cremoso e profumato, ideale per esaltare primi piatti semplici e trasformarli in esperienze di gusto uniche.

Perfetto con pasta corta come rigatoni o fusilli, ma anche su bruschette o come base per piatti gourmet.

Preparation Method

The product is ready for use.

Heat for about two minutes in a pan and mix with the desired pasta.

Conservation Method

After opening the container, keep the product in the refrigerator at 0 to 4°C and consume within 3 days.
