Our "Violetto" artichokes, grown in the warm Salento lands, are left with their stems on and immersed in the finest extra virgin olive oil to always guarantee the utmost goodness and authenticity.
Wrapped in a slice of seasoned capocollo, in salads with a simple tomato or, for gourmets, with oranges and black olives.
