A traditional mountain dish, venison ragù has its roots in Alpine and Apennine cuisine.
Soft and very delicate, as roe deer meat is considered among the most prized game meats.
Our ragù, with its high percentage of meat, is perfect for pappardelle or tagliatelle from our selection, which, thanks to their porosity, are perfect for holding the ragù cooked slowly and for many hours, as tradition dictates.

Ingredients

Roe deer meat (58% at origin), red wine, water, vegetables (carrots, onions, celery), olive oil, tomato pulp, soft wheat flour OO, rice starch, salt, sugar.
Flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, natural flavourings, pepper.
100% Italian tomato.

Preparation Method

The product is ready for use.

Heat for about two minutes in a pan and mix with the desired pasta.

After opening the container, keep the product in the refrigerator at 0 to 4°C and consume within 3 days.
