Traditionally mountain dish, roe deer ragù has its traditions in Alpine and Apennine cuisine.
Soft and very delicate, as roe deer meat is considered among the finest game meats.
Our ragù, with the high percentage of meat, is perfect for pappardelle or tagliatelle from our selection, which thanks to their porosity are perfect for collecting the ragù cooked slowly and for many hours, as tradition dictates.
