It originates in the Gulf of Naples.
Inspired by its resemblance to squid rings and in keeping with the tradition of Campanian pasta makers, it is made exclusively with local durum wheat semolina flour and water.
Made exclusively with 100% Italian wheat, traced and certified by a circular supply chain.
Bronze-drawing and slow drying give the pasta greater roughness, porosity, and versatility, making it perfect with fish sauces, but also excellent mixed with any type of sauce or ragù.
