Fragrant honey, with a slightly caramelised flavour and immense beneficial properties.

It differs from wildflower honey as it is produced above 1200 meters, where bees, far from sources of pollution to guarantee the maximum healthiness of the final product, primarily collect nectar from rhododendron, clover, raspberry, and thyme.

Its colour varies from hazelnut to light amber when liquid. Its quick and fine crystallisation makes this honey soft and spreadable, with an ivory colour.
