Fruit of Sicilian olive trees, as per tradition, the olives are carefully selected, crushed, and flavored with typical Sicilian citrus oil.
Crunchy and delicious, they can be used as an aperitif, to garnish salads, or to add a little extra flavor to meat and fish dishes.
With good bread and good wine they can keep a conversation going until the next jar is served.
