Small in size with an elongated shape and changing colour, delicate and with an unmistakable flavour, they come from the Imperia area or rather from the town of Taggia from which they take their name.
Our Taggiasca olives are grown in limited quantities. Unique, thanks to the perfect combination of soil, water and climate, they are harvested, brought to the right ripeness, pitted and immersed in the best extra virgin olive oil.
Fruity and aromatic, they become essential for aperitifs, side dishes and as a component for the creation of typical Ligurian dishes and more.
