The red prawn, the true star of this sauce, is precious and unmistakable. Processed fresh to preserve its natural sweetness and the aroma of the sea, it meets a few select ingredients: ripe tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and a hint of Mediterranean aromas, to reveal a true, full, elegant flavor.

Tomato (pulp and tomato paste) 52%, red prawn (Aristaeomorpha foliacea) 13%, white wine, pink prawn (Parapenaeus longirostris) 8.8%, fried courgettes (courgettes, sunflower oil, salt), extra oil virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, anchovies, garlic, parsley, chilli pepper, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Preparation Method

The product is ready for use.

Heat for about two minutes in a pan and mix with the desired pasta.
