Woodman's Sauce with black pork and porcini mushrooms
Nebrodi Black Pig meat, from semi-wild farms and appreciated for its typical and refined flavor, adds depth to the sauce. Porcini mushrooms, fleshy and fragrant, add intense woody notes, creating a harmonious balance between intensity and refinement. Everything is brought together by a delicate soffritto and extra virgin olive oil.
