This sauce is made from a base of Italian tomato pulp, expertly enhanced by the combination of herbaceous and slightly bitter asparagus and the savory taste of bresaola. The whole is deglazed with white wine during cooking and enriched with excellent extra virgin olive oil, creating a light and balanced seasoning.
