Arborio rice takes its name from the Vercelli municipality of Arborio, where this particular variety was selected for the first time in 1946.
From the large grains and the starch-rich core you will be able to give maximum creaminess to your risotto.
Used above all in the preparation of risottos and typical specialties of the Piedmontese tradition.
