Only the selected turnips coming from the Salento fields and the pure extra virgin olive oil from Salento make our condiment the traditional cream which, more than others, has its origins in the popular cuisine of Puglia.
With its strong taste and intense aroma, it gives life to one of the most characteristic dishes of the Apulian gastronomic tradition: orecchiette.
Also excellent to use as a base sauce for meat.
