Also known as macaroni alla guitar, curved spaghetti alla guitar is a typical specialty of the Abruzzo gastronomic tradition. They are prepared with a special frame with which it is possible to make these large spaghetti with a classic shape.
Handcrafted with durum wheat semolina and water, they will be delicious with any type of seasoning.
