The bitterness of the turnip tops from the Salento fields, the spiciness of the "Tiaulicchiu" chilli pepper on a counterpoint of real extra virgin olive oil create an irresistible harmony of flavors making our preserve traditional to the point that more than others it establishes the origins of the cuisine popular Apulian.
Combined with grilled meat it becomes the perfect side dish.
