Created with the only and inimitable Sicilian chocolate, an Italian product renowned for its goodness and authenticity, still processed today as the Aztecs did in ancient Mexico at 40° with the addition of granulated sugar which, failing to melt due to the low temperature, it gives the "rough" appearance with a grainy consistency while leaving the organoleptic characteristics of the cocoa unchanged.
Velvety, creamy, with a pleasantly crunchy structure, it brings back the ancient flavor of its main ingredient.
On the palate it is sweet but with the typical bitter note of pure cocoa.
Sublime spread on a slice of toast, on toast or used to fill croissants, panettone, cheesecake.
