La Box contiene:

· Sugo al pesce spada e melanzane (280g): è un sugo che racconta l’estate, tavole imbandite, il rumore delle onde in lontananza. Basta scaldarlo e versarlo sulla pasta per portare in tavola il carattere deciso del Mediterraneo, senza compromessi.

· Crema al limone (190g): il sapore ed il profumo intenso vi trasporteranno direttamente sulle coste del mare Mediterraneo, crema da degustare una cucchiaiata dopo l’altra.

· Cipolle in agrodolce con capperi e olive (230g):  sotto il sole del Mediterraneo, dove i profumi e i sapori raccontano di tradizione, nascono le nostre cipolle in agrodolce con olive e capperi portando in tavola un’esplosione di gusto che sa di Sud e convivialità.

· Caserecce trafilate al bronzo (500g): pasta corta tipica soprattutto di Sicilia e Campania caratterizzata da una forma arrotolata su sé stessa come una piccola pergamena o S che diventa ideale per catturare sughi cremosi, di carne, pesce o verdure.

· Cavatelli trafilati al bronzo (500g): dalla forma concava e allungata, molto simile a quella degli gnocchi per raccogliere fino all’ultima goccia il sugo che li accompagna.
