· Juniper and wild thyme sauce (180g): is a balanced, never intrusive combination that evokes the clean air and silence of the woods. An essential sauce, designed for those who love clean but original flavors, capable of enhancing the raw material without overpowering it.

· Broccoli rabe in extra virgin olive oil (280g): are preserved in the best extra virgin olive oil, which maintains their fragrance. The typical bitter taste of broccoli rabe is enhanced by a slightly spicy note of "Tiaulicchiu" chili pepper. The perfect side dish.

· Extra wild strawberry jam (230g): the most reproduced and renowned jam carefully made according to ancient recipes. Without added preservatives and colorants, it will make you discover its genuine taste, delighting your palate.

· Olive leaves with spinach (500g): a beautiful Puglian specialty to look at and delicious to eat. Typical pasta from Puglia, created as a tribute to the olive tree, a symbol of the region. Its shape resembles olive tree leaves: elongated, slightly curved, and with a raised central vein.

· Orecchiette with red wine (500g): a perfect combination of durum wheat semolina, which gives the pasta good resistance to cooking, wine, and red chard, which add a touch of color and also enrich the overall taste of the dish.
