· Sea urchin and anchovy sauce (280g): With a delicate sea flavour, sea urchins become the protagonists of a delicious sauce, enriched with freshly picked tomatoes and the strong flavour of anchovies.

· Bronze-drawn curved spaghetti (500g): Among the many pasta shapes, this is the most traditional and beloved by adults and children alike. This pasta shape is made with simple durum wheat semolina and water. Its twisted shape and rough texture hold every drop of sauce.
