Each ragù is made with a high percentage of meat, olive oil, and aromatic herbs and, as per tradition, undergoes a long, slow cooking process.

The Box contains:

·        Deer Ragù (180g): A noble and rare sauce, made with select deer meat. This ragù pays homage to mountain traditions, with an elegant and sophisticated flavor that transforms every dish into a gourmet experience.

·        Wild Boar Ragù (180g): Rich and full-bodied, this ragù evokes the atmosphere of the Italian forests. Wild boar meat, prepared according to ancient recipes, lends an intense, gamey flavor, perfect for those who love bold, deep flavors.

·        Duck Ragù (180g): A refined and delicate ragù, prepared according to tradition. The refined aroma of duck meat creates a unique taste experience, ideal for a rich and enveloping dish.

·        Hare Ragù (180g): a decidedly more robust flavour, due to the high percentage of game meat, which marries perfectly with the vegetables that accompany it.

·        Roe Deer Ragù (180g): tender and very delicate, as roe deer is considered among the finest game meats. If you love bold flavors, this will be a great choice for a Sunday lunch!

·        Deer Salmì (180g): A typical Valtellina sauce, it's particularly popular in northern Italy. Thanks to its high meat content, our deer salmì is a full-bodied condiment with a strong, bold flavor and intense color.

·        Tagliatelle (500g): These artisanal tagliatelle are the perfect accompaniment to the ragùs found in this box. Their rough, porous texture enhances the intense flavors of sauces, for an authentic first course.
