Typical Neapolitan format.
Made with durum wheat semolina and water, just as tradition dictates, it was born as a popular pasta and has the shape of giant macaroni.
Its name derives from "paccaro" or "slap" in Neapolitan dialect, due to the sound that the pasta makes when dipping into the sauce.
Its full-bodied, tenacious and rough consistency exalts all the senses from the first bite.
This type of pasta is very versatile, capable of retaining the sauce until the last drop.
Excellent mixed with any type of sauce or served with our ragù.
